Company Introduction

● Triple Leaves is an integrated manufacturing and trading company invested by Minghui Group in Vietnam in 2022.

In its early stage, Triple Leaves primarily supported Richell (Japan) on its Vietnam joint-venture factory project ,and was responsible for the manufacturing of silicone and plastic products, Our company assists with procurement and management of a wide range of materials and components. These include metal hardware, color boxes, color cards, labels, plastic color masterbatch, raw materials, PET boxes, PP bags, and other related products.

To ensure efficient communication and close collaboration with the client, the company invested in a silicone supporting manufacturing facility near the Richell’s industrial park, and established an office and warehouse in Bac Ninh Province, approximately 30 minutes’ drive from the customer’s site.

● As our business has gradually matured, our operational capabilities have gained the attention and recognition of other overseas companies. In 2023, we successfully passed audits conducted by multiple good reputation clients ，and began providing them with product sourcing services in Vietnam, ensuring stable supply to meet their needs in the Southeast Asian market.

● In 2024, the company passed the audit of Kyocera Corporation of Japan and was officially recognized as its Tier 1 sourcing agent in Vietnam. As a result, the company’s product scope further expanded to include chemicals, tools, electronic components, and wire and cable materials. To support this business expansion, a new office and warehouse were established in Haiphong, Vietnam. Besides, with its mature resources and management capabilities in the tools supply chain, the company passed the audit of Japan’s ELECOM in 2024 and now manages the sourcing and supply chain operations for tool and security-related products on behalf of  ELECOM .

● In 2025, through referrals from existing customers and ongoing business development, the company successively invested in the establishment of manufacturing facilities in Vietnam for textile products and 3C accessories.

● Up to now, the range of procurement categories handled by Triple Leaves has expanded to more than 150 types. The number of Japanese clients who choose to work with and place their trust in Triple Leaves continues to grow.

Additional Note | Procurement & Supply Chain Experience

●Triple Leaves team’s experience in procurement agency services and supply chain management dates back to 2010. In the early years, the team supported the JCPAL brand with sourcing and product development management for 3C accessories, including iPhone and iPad cases, protective films for Apple’s full range of notebook computers, mouse pads, and smart phone sleeves.

●Since 2015–2017, the team supported Fujitsu Japan in building supply chain systems in the China market for electronic products such as mobile phones, smart speakers, tablets, and translation devices. We also assisted in successfully onboarding high-quality suppliers including Wingtech, Yantai Foxconn, Fortune Boat, Youdao Translation, and Taitok Group.

During this period, the team was invited to Fujitsu’s Kawasaki headquarters in Japan for project exchanges and received high recognition from senior management at headquarters.

● To date, the Group’s total investment in Vietnam has exceeded USD 10 million. In the supply chain domain, the Group has built a network of more than 2,000 qualified suppliers and established a mature, stable, and highly replicable cross-border manufacturing and procurement management system.
